Pete Pihos Signed Eagles Throwback Mini Helmet

This auction is for a Philadelphia Throwback mini helmet signed autographed by the Eagles former Offensive End and Pro Football Hall of Famer, PETE PIHOS (deceased 2011).  Pihos played for the Eagles from 1947 to 1955.  He was a 6 time Pro Bowler and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1970.  The helmet is signed nicely in silver pen and Pihos inscribed the helmet with his jersey number "35" and "HOF 70".  The COA indicates that the helmet was signed on July 25, 2003 in Atlantic City, NJ.  The helmet pictured is the one that you will be receiving.
